    Superb

Very Good value value for money and very confortable, even if a little bit small.

    Exceptional

near famous Tokyo Tower, nice hotel room, it offers free coffee in hotel lobby at level 1. you can find lots of restaurants no matter cheap one/fast-food one/or high class one around this area. it's near many subway stations.

    Good

It was a good start of our Japan trip. Staffs are friendly and speak good English; especially Miss Mari was very patient and nice to help us at the first day. Location is not too bad; very close to the fish market. A lot of restaurant and mini stores are around too. In general if you are in a budget trip it's a not too bad choice. And the best pillow I have had in Japan!

It's really small! Not surprised by this but this one is really really small! Coz the bed are rather big for the room. We hardly have space for our luggages. We've stayed another 15sqm hotel in Osaka; the bed was smaller but makes the whole room much better. And somehow the room was very humid the whole time. No water in the room. And no English channels (which is normal in Japan).

    Fabulous

Small rooms, clean, no ammenities, great air conditioning, relatively new - excellent value

    Superb

I liked the situation within the city, with a subway line at 2 min. Walkin and a jr line at 5 min walking. I also liked the free coffee service at the lobby. The general appearance of the hotel was great, nig bed, enough room space, good air conditioning... Very happy with it.

The only thing I did not like was when you use the elevator to get your room, once you get off, the corridors are in open air, so if the weather is hot, you will have to walk from the elevator to your room sweating. In any case this is a minor thing.

    Fabulous

This hotel was comfortable and close to a metro station, which was handy.

If we ever return to Tokyo, we will look for something in a different district, as Ginza wasn't our cup of tea. But we couldn't really know that not having been before. The biggest issue we had with the hotel was there was no wifi. Internet is offered, but only via cable with a laptop, and no one in our group had a laptop (all iPhones & iPads). Wifi is something we usually assume will be available (even if for a fee).

    Exceptional

Good location, very nice staff, clean and comfortable. Would go there again. Rooms are small like always in Tokyo, but we felt comfortable and we had a nice room to the back of the building (quiet). The Hotel seems to be pretty new. LAN Internet is free in the room.

If you want to leave the window open over night, try to get a room to the back of the building.

    Fabulous

It is very convenient when strolling around Tokyo Tower and Hibiya Park. There are also many convenience store nearby where you can easily grab some snacks. I also like the unlimited coffee they have in the lobby. The room is small but enough to fit for two.

There should have breakfast service for guests. It will be much more convenient.

    Superb

Located at very convenient place with JR Hamamasutcho and Daimon subway just fees minute walking form hotel. Lobby serve complimentary Lavazza coffee and hotel staff can speak English and very helpful whenever we as ask for direction. Family mart (convenience store) just 3 steps away from hotel. Lastly is worthwhile for money.

Only thing that I don't like is the T.V Channel is all in Japanese language.

    Very good

I like the location near to subway snd jr. too bad hotel has no wii fi. that is very important especially for business traveller. hope hotel can work on this to stay competitive.

  • 7.4
    Very good

Good view from room. Convenient location. No problems with accommodation considering we only had an overnight stay.

  • 9.2
    Superb

Professional staff, very convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable bed and partial view of the Tokyo Tower.

The rooms are small -- to be expected in Tokyo but I wished there was a dresser in the room because I was staying for a week and needed to put some things away. I had a large suitcase and had just enough room on the floor to open it up. I did not realize check-out time was 11 a.m. (not sure if that was printed somewhere but if it was I didn't see it) and was charged an extra 700 yen for staying until 12 noon.

    Fabulous

Very convenience location. Just 15 mins walk from the monorail station. One stop centre from Haneda Airport. Hotel is near to many eatery outlets, convenience store and near to Hamamatsucho bus terminal whereby all tourist will board the bus for tour. Reception is opened 24 hours. luggage services available without charge. Nice coffee machine at the reception areas. Suitable for single, couple, business trip purpose.

As usual, room is small as per Japanese standards. It will be good to have WIFI in the hotel.

    Fabulous

Comfortable and clean, the location is very convenient, just 10 minutes away from Hamamatsucho JR station by walk.

The rooms are too small, I couldn't even find spaces to lay down my suitcase

  • 7.4
    Very good

Modern room with a good bed and a big bath for Japanese standards. Helpful and friendly staff. The location is ok, close to public transport and supermarkets. The first time we visited Tokyo, we stayed in the neigberhood Ueno. Ueno is more vivid than the neigberhood of this hotel.

The hotel is quite modern, lacks a bit of character.
