The location is fantastic, just 200 meters from the Tokyo monorail station at Hamamatsucho. This made my late-night arrival from Haneda incredibly smooth. I appreciated the 24-hour reception and the availability of free umbrellas at the hotel. The view of Tokyo Tower from my Superior Queen Room was a delightful bonus, adding a special touch to my stay. However, the room felt quite small, making navigation tricky, especially with luggage. The bed, while comfortable, had a hard mattress that might not suit everyone. On the other hand, the bathroom was decent and included all basic toiletries. WiFi was reliable and fast, meeting my needs. The lift service left something to be desired—it was slow and there was often a noticeable mess in the hallways due to housekeeping equipment. The open-air corridor also felt odd, with the cold weather making it uncomfortable to walk to the rooms. I expected better cleanliness. there was a lingering odor in the bathroom during my stay. Overall, I think the hotel offers good value for money but could benefit from room upgrades and better maintenance.

The location is conveniently close to public transport.

My experience was marred by multiple issues. The room felt cramped, with barely enough space to move around, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I found some hairs in the bathroom and mildew around the toilet joints, which was quite off-putting. Even the flushing mechanism was problematic, adding to my frustrations during my stay.

A delightful stay in Tokyo's heart

Hotel Mystays Hamamatsucho truly impressed us with its clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Every morning began with a walk to nearby parks and shrines, without needing public transport! The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a day of exploring. Loved the free amenities available in the lobby, and the nearby dining options were fantastic. Plus, being just a short stroll from Hamamatsucho station made our travels seamless.

While the overall experience was delightful, we encountered a bit of noise from the bustling streets outside. Additionally, the room did have a few maintenance issues that needed attention, such as minor mold around the window trim. However, these did little to overshadow the enjoyable stay we had.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. It had a full closet. Perfect location for exploring nearby attractions on foot.

the location is incredibly convenient with easy access to the metro and fantastic dining options (try the nearby yakitori). staff were helpful and always eager to assist. housekeeping did a thorough job.

Super convenient spot! The Superior Queen Room had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, loved the massage facilities! Super helpful with the accessible features too—there’s a lift and a bidet in the adapted bath. Staff were really polite, and I appreciated the wake up service. Everything was clean and comfy.
